Cancellation Policy

Credit Card Payment/ Cancellation I authorize Everything Body to charge my card for my deposit when booking &/or the service if there is a remaining balance. I agree that if I have any concerns or questions regarding charges to my account, or if the charge fails to post to my account, I will contact Everything Body for assistance and/or disclosure. I agree that I will not dispute any charges with my credit card company unless I have already attempted to rectify the situation directly with Everything body and those attempts have failed. I understand and agree to these terms. I understand the conditions of this payment policy and agree to the conditions stated above: Your credit card information will never be shared. Current Clients are given a 15 minute “grace period” for hour appointments. Longer then 15 mins appt will be canceled. 30-45 min appts will be canceled after a 10 min grace period. All deposits are non-refundable; and goes toward your service. If appointment needs to be rescheduled client must request new appointment 48 hours before scheduled appointment. Reschedule is subject to availability and must be within 1 month from original date or deposit will be forfeited. Please note we do not reschedule, reschedules! Less than 24hrs reschedule/cancellation will be charged 100% of service charge. If booked services and client comes in and cancels on the same day, 100% fee will be charged. If cancellation notification is not done properly, it can result in being charged. No call no shows will be charged 100% of service charge. If it happens more than once, client will be blocked.
